In the time since you so mercifully gave me harinama initiation, your kind teaching of being compassionate to ourselves before we can be compassionate to ourselves is one that I pray to take to heart each day.

Your instruction to revere and remember the exalted Vaisnavas on their Appearance and Disappearance Days is a valued treasure and a humbling aspect of spiritual growth.

To know that there is always the chance in each moment that we can better ourselves by listening and following your instruction, and that we have this amazing life to live by carrying out our saddhana, and in praying for the eternal service of Sri Guru and Gauranga, and the Vaisnavas.

Although my actions are not always favourable, I keep striving because of your beloved mercy and that of the dear Vaisnavas and Vaisnavis.

Please forgive my unending faults, and I pray to imbibe the following sloka of Srila Rupa Goswami in His Sri Upadesamrta : vaco vegam manasah krodha-vegam jihva-vegam udaropastha-vegam etan vegan yo visaheta dhirah sravam apimam prthivim sa sisyat .... one fortunate day. So much inspiration is coming from those dear devotees who were so blessed to meet you, and they are so kind in sharing their love for you, their memories of you. I pray for their mercy also. My hope is that I may develop an ever-deeper relationship with you by following your instructions sincerely...
